Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the couples retreat ("Retreat") organized by The Sati Experience. By registering for and participating in our Retreat, you agree to these Terms.
Registration and Payment
Registration: To attend our Retreat, you must complete the registration process and pay the required fees. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit ($3,750) is required at the time of booking acceptance.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30-59 days of the retreat will receive a 25% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat.
Participation
Eligibility: The Retreat is open to all committed couples, regardless of marital status. Both partners must participate in the Retreat activities.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
Behavior: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards other attendees and staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Retreat for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
Activities and Schedule
Activities: The Retreat includes a range of workshops, activities, and events designed to enhance your relationship. Participation in all activities is voluntary.
Schedule Changes: While we strive to adhere to the published schedule, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary as necessary.
Photography and Media
Photography: We may take photographs and videos during the Retreat for promotional purposes. By attending the Retreat, you consent to being photographed or recorded.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the Retreat begins.
Liability
Assumption of Risk: By participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve risks. You assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of your participation.
